Refusing to accept any COD order at the time of delivery for any uninformed reasons will be covered under COD FRAUD. We at Kucah ( including all partner websites ) reserve the rights to dismiss any future COD services on the aforementioned fraudulent address under all circumstances and ban COD payment mode on the same.
